Winning the toss, Overstone opted to bat which has suited them most of the year.
Luca 5 from 12 out was out bowled once and Connor 8 from 12 got us off to a good start. Milo 3 from 8 and Will 19 from 16 accelerated the scoring with Will hitting some lusty blows. Teddy 9 from 13 and Rajan 7 from 11 kept the scoreboard moving and our final pairing of Krish 28 from 13 and Ali 10 from 11, finished the innings off in style. Krish was in fine form in particular hitting 4 fours and the last square cut was a joy to watch .
We posted an excellent score of 325-2 giving Haddon a tough chase.

With Teddy 3-8 and Ali 3-1 both nearly taking hat tricks, we got off to a greta start from which Haddon never truly recovered. Further wickets for Connor 1-4 and Milo 1-3 meant we finished with 10 overall which was an outstanding effort.

It was a good decision to brave the elements because the forecast wasnt good but we did manage to dodge the showers and get a game in.

2 games left for the U11s and it would be nice to finish these with wins to cap off a good season
